How can you login?

You can either log in the conventional way with an e-mail address and password or you can use Google Login if your company uses corresponding e-mail accounts.

Login by e-mail address and password

1. Select "Login" from the menu at the top.
2. Enter your e-mail address on the login page that opens
3. Enter your password.
4. Click on the "Login" button.
5. If the login was successful, you will see the new menu items Tickets and Submit a ticket in the top menu.
6. Note: If you receive a message that the e-mail address and password you entered do not match, please check your access data again. If they do not match, you have the following options:
   • Reset your password via the "Forgotten password" link or
   • Sign up

Sign in via Google Login

1. Select "Login" from the menu at the top.
2. Select the "Continue with Google" link on the login page that opens.
3. If you are already logged in to your browser with a Google account, you can select the Google account and may only need to enter your password. If your Google account is not yet stored in your browser, please enter your e-mail address and password.
4. You may also need to select one of the two-factor authentication options you have stored.
5. If the login was successful, you will see the new menu items Tickets and Submit a ticket in the top menu.
6. Note: If you are unable to log in, please check your access data and contact your company's Google administrator if you have any problems.
